Peter Machajdik · Machajdík ASK THE FOREST (2022) for piano

The listeners were confronted with very emotional music, the colourful harmonies of which were made even more special by the xylophone. During the performance, Palovičová played it simultaneously with the piano part in precise interplay and an impressive tone. In her conception, the composition evoked a very personal confession full of intimacy and an effort to listen.
