The Slovak word SPOMALENINY means something like ​Slowdowns / Verlangsamungen / Ralentissements / Rallentamenti / Avmattningar  .......
The word itself is invented and does not officially exist.
The intention of the piece was to point out the often senselessly hasty decisions and deeds, the rash and unnecessary actions.
